Consumer Response to Legal Services

A poll conducted by Jures and published in "Shopping Around: What consumers want from the new legal services market" has revealed that expense orexpensive was the word most commonly associated with solicitors. More than 2000 people were polled and almost half of those polled considered that Solicitors provided poor value for money.

Ultimately the research indicates that quality was a major factor in implementing a decision to purchase legal services. Cost was a further factor. An executive summary of the report can be viewed here.
